Comparison Report

A Comparison Report will show all results generated per AbP•ID chip(s) that identify a specific individual (person).  This will include an image of the processed AbP•ID test chip, bar graph(s) representing the data generated for each test chip.  If more than one chip (sample) has the same profile found, a scatter plot of the representative data will also be included, correlation scores of similarity between chip(s) for that person, and AbP ID levels of discrimination (statistical odds) will be provided in a separate document for you to analyze with your report(s).

Case Report

A Case Report will show all results generated within a submitted Case ID.  All processed chip images and corresponding bar graphs representing the data generated will be provided.  If any samples with high correlations are found, Comparison Reports will be generated, complete with corresponding bar graphs and scatter plots.  Correlation scores of similarity between all chips within the Case ID will be listed.  The AbP•ID levels of discrimination (statistical odds) will be provided in a separate document for you to analyze with your report(s).
